› How do I apply for an apartment?

Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

› What is an individual lease?

An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at HERE Reno, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!

› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?

At HERE, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.

› What is a guarantor?

Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to HERE residents.

› Do apartments come furnished?

Yes! Apartments are fully furnished from the day you move in. Each Living room comes complete with a sofa, coffee table, SMART TV, and media stand. Kitchens are decked out with barstool seating, granite countertops, a large-basin sink with a faucet sprayer, and stainless-steel appliances including oven with full stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedrooms each come with a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress, under-bed storage, desk, chair, and closets with standard closet shelving. Bathrooms have glass shower doors, granite surface vanities, and shower wall panels. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, USB power outlets, and an in-home stackable washer and dryer.Our custom-designed furnishings are tailored to the floor plan you choose!

› What floor plans are available?

HERE layouts are perfect for a solo space or room for you and your crew. Check out the floor plans we offer below:

› Is parking available?

HERE residents may choose to reserve a spot in our secured parking garage for their vehicles. Got a bike? There’s also an indoor bike storage to accommodate your two-wheel transport. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited! Call to inquire about a parking spot today. Got a bike? HERE offers indoor bike storage to accommodate your two-wheel transportation too.

› Does HERE Seattle have security?

The safety of our residents is our first priority at HERE Reno. We have round-the-clock HD camera surveillance, Salto electric unit key fob, and a virtual doorman courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the community secure.

› Are pets allowed?

We love your furry friends, and they are more than welcome HERE! Contact our leasing office about the specifics of our pet policy.

› Where does my mail go?

Each unit at our apartments in Reno has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building located near the resident lounge and leasing office. All mail for the entire unit will be delivered there. If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office.

› How do I pay my rent?

We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Paying rent is done completely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.

› How can I make a maintenance request?

The Resident Portal is where you can also go to submit maintenance requests. You can see a log of the maintenance requests you’ve submitted and the status of each. You can navigate to the maintenance tab in the portal, or you can simply press the “Submit Maintenance Request” button on the homepage of the dashboard.

› Who can access the amenities at HERE Renov?

The amenities at our apartments in Reno are available exclusively to residents and their guests – it’s one of the amazing perks of living HERE.

› What utilities are included with rent?

When you pay rent at HERE, you’re getting more than just an apartment. You’re getting access to a wealth of amenities unlike anything else in Reno, Nevada. You’re getting complimentary utilities like water, sewer, trash, cable, and blazing-fast WiFi. But most of all, you’re joining a community of explorers and adventurers.
